What needs restored, web content, mysql, mail. Are the accounts

Everything had been deleted.
ISP, whm, customers, everything. Tim said on the phone
yesterday, that if I got this trouble ticket in that they could
get everything restored from some backups from another server,
last night. Everything is still down though.

From what Tim told me,
everything had been deleted and nothing was on the server any
longer. That they could restore everything from backups on
another server. Everything needs to be restored.

They did what they could, good

The home directories, mysql databases, valiases and vfilters
have been restored.
Please note that this is not what the restore process was
intended for. It was made to restore entire servers after a hard
drive failure. These types of restores are messy, and never work
quite right. To top it off, this restore actually moved an
account from one server to the other, and some of the usernames
even changed.
Time Entered: 1 hours 00 minutes (1 hours)
Good luck,

All problems stem to billing
problems which have been complained of since Update last
November. Monday, Nov. 18th 2002, is the first day my account
has shown a correct balance this year. Please don't make me out
to be the bad guy here. All problems have been due to billing
errors. In August you had to make about 400.00 worth of
corrections. Now you have had to make another 600.00 worth of
corrections due to billing errors. I thought the problems were
fixed, but billing errors will remain inherent due to the fact
that accounts were reconstructed at 325 mg. accounts, and I have
been told to change them, but have had access revoked to them. I
want to do what is right here, but I need some help and your
understanding of the true problems.
Also, I noticed I have been charged for the technician time to
reconstruct part of my accounts that you deleted due to these
billing errors. I don't feel I should be held responsible for
that charge, and was never informed I would be billed for it.
Thank you,
Don Thompson

Kelvin, Please help if you
can. My ISP sales site (Koolhost.org) still has not been
reconstructed, nor has my WHM overflow site
(thompsonenterprises.net).
These were the main two sites we were concerned with when the
above reconstruction was done.

Which transactions are you
disputing?

Most of them have finally been
corrected, but now I have been charged an 80.00 tech fee for a
service that has not been performed, and I was never informed
that I would be responsible for in the first place. The sites
that were supposed to be restored (thompsonenterprises.net, &
Koolhost.org,) are still down, nearly 3 weeks later. In the past
I was over-billed by over $1000.00, and yes, Tim has corrected
them, but I am still being punished for those same billing
errors. My accounts were deleted about Nov. 15th, and have not
been restored yet. I should not have to pay for restorations of
accounts that were wrongfully deleted.

Kevin, Please let me know what
is going on. I don't understand why I can't get my
thompsonenterprises.net & koolhost.org sites restored. What is
the problem and lack of response? I am still awaiting a response
from my Nov. 30th post.

You agreed to the charges. The
service was performed.

How can you say that? I was
never told I would be responsible for those charges. If you will
try to open thompsonenterprises.net or koolhost.org, you will
see for yourself that they have not been restored. These are the
two accounts I told Tim I was really concerned with due to the
customizations I had added. I told him I would check with my
customers to see if they had backups. He told me to put in a
trouble ticket and that everything would be restored the night
of the 18th (never mentioning I would be charged for it). I did,
but nothing was restored until the 19th, and even then not the
two accounts I am most concerned with. Why can I not have my
accounts restored? Both of your statements are false. I never
agreed to any charges, and my accounts have not been restored,
so the service I asked for has not been performed.

Kelvin: Please, please, please
help me with this before it is too late. Tim promised me my
sites would be restored from backups, on Nov. 18th. They still
have not been restored, and I am afraid I am going to lose over
4 years worth of work if the thompsonenterprises.net site is not
restored soon. My worry is that the backup will no longer be
available if you wait too long. Please give me some indication
what the problem is, and why I am being ignored about this. It
has been 3 weeks, please let me know something. I don't know how
to be any nicer about this.

Don, if you will scroll up in
this ticket you will see your client's sites were restored and
you were charged $80 per hour tech time as you agreed to on the
phone. Now you are calling me a liar and saying that you did not
agree to do that.
You need to use your own backups to finish restoring or you need
to pay us. We will not do it for free.

Tim, I would never call you a
liar. But, there was never any mention of my being charged for
the restoration of my sites. You however did promise that if I
put in a tt on the 18th, that everything would be totally
reconstructed, because I told you I had no backups. Now over a
month later I still have no ISP or WHM site. I just need some
help and response from you. I have honestly tried to corporate
in every way I know. Please try to access my ISP site to see for
yourself that it does not exist. http://koolhost.org
Please offer some help or instructions that I have some control
over.

I forgot, it was my ISP and
whm sites that were supposed to be restored first, before the
client sites. Look at the very first of this ticket. The very
first sites that I asked to be restored were my ISP and WHM. The
problem is that they were never reconstructed and that was my
main concern.
